We pride ourselves on innovation, engineering excellence, and creating a product that enhances the game for golfers at every level.Key Responsibilities:Design and model mechanical components and assemblies using SolidWorksCreate parts using sheet metal, injection-molded plastics, and machined componentsApply design for manufacturing (DFM) principles to ensure efficient and cost-effective productionEngineer mechanical systems with moving parts, such as levers, cams, pulleys, belts, and motorsDevelop mechanisms similar to folding beds, strollers, or industrial automation systemsBuild and test working prototypes in-house—hands-on approach is essentialPerform mechanical testing, stress testing, and destructive testing to validate performance and durabilityCollaborate with electrical engineers and production teams to ensure product integration and manufacturabilityDocument designs, revisions, BOMs, and testing procedures throughout developmentQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in mechanical product designProficiency with SolidWorks and strong understanding of CAD best practicesExperience designing with sheet metal, injection molding, and traditional manufacturing methodsFamiliarity with motors, belts, cams, pulleys, and other motion mechanismsDemonstrated ability to design and prototype machinery with moving partsStrong mechanical intuition and creative problem-solving skillsMust be comfortable with hands-on assembly, troubleshooting, and iterative testingKnowledge of design for manufacturing (DFM) principlesPassion for golf or familiarity with sports equipment is a plusWhat We Offer:Competitive salary and benefitsOpportunity to work on innovative, high-performance sports technologyA collaborative, fast-paced environment where your contributions make a real impactLocated in sunny Jacksonville, FL — a hub for golf and a great quality of life
