Mechanical Design Draughtsman Location: Maidstone, Kent Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday, 39 hours per week We’re looking for an experienced Mechanical Design Draughtsman to join a busy design team, working on a range of engineering projects across multiple sectors.Key Responsibilities:Produce mechanical drawings including piping isometrics, layouts, fabrication drawings, and P&IDsUse Autodesk Plant 3D, Inventor, and Revit to create 2D and 3D designsDevelop pipe routing, supports, and bespoke equipmentWork closely with engineers to deliver projects on timeRequirements:ONC/HNC or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering5+ years’ draughting experienceStrong CAD skills (Plant 3D, Inventor, Revit)Familiar with point clouds (Autodesk Recap)Full UK driving licenceDesirable:Spec Editor experienceKnowledge of piping standardsAbility to assist with electrical drawingsCV’s in word format to be sent to s.visser@newappointmentsgroup.co.ukNew Appointments Group, Expertly Matching Employers and Jobseekers since 1975.Before submitting your CV, please take a moment to check the layout, spelling, and grammar.
