The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in structural and chassis design, along with hands-on experience in UG NX and Teamcenter. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, high-quality design solutions while ensuring manufacturability and performance.Key Responsibilities:Design and develop mechanical components and systems for recreational vehiclesWork on structural and chassis design to ensure durability and performanceCreate 3D models, assemblies, and detailed drawings using UG NXManage product data and revisions using TeamcenterCollaborate with manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams for product developmentEnsure designs meet industry standards, safety, and regulatory requirementsSupport prototyping, testing, and validation activitiesContinuously improve design processes and product performanceRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field3–4 years of experience in the recreational vehicle (RV) or automotive industryStrong knowledge of structural design and chassis systemsHands-on experience with UG NX and TeamcenterSolid understanding of design and manufacturing processesAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings and specificationsPreferred Qualifications:Experience in RV or heavy vehicle designFamiliarity with DFMEA, GD&T, and tolerance stack-up analysisExposure to PLM systemsStrong problem-solving and communication skills
