Are you an experienced Mechanical Engineer looking to make a significant impact in the Glass & Ceramics Manufacturing sector? Our client, a leader in the industry, is seeking a skilled individual to lead engineering projects for facility mechanical systems, including HVAC, compressed air, and chillers. This permanent position offers the opportunity to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally, while playing a pivotal role in the innovation and efficiency of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead engineering projects focusing on facility mechanical systems (HVAC, compressed air, and chillers).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal system performance.
- Frequent travel (50%+) to domestic and international locations as part of project execution and support.
What You'll Bring
- HVAC expertise: Demonstrated experience in HVAC systems to effectively lead related projects.
- Industrial Manufacturing experience: Proven ability to navigate the unique challenges of manufacturing environments.
- Engineering experience: At least 5+ years of experience, showcasing leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Salary
$90k - $125k, commensurate with experience.
