1. Overview:

The Mechanical Engineer will design, develop, and test mechanical systems and components for various industrial applications. The role aims to optimize product performance, ensure safety, and meet customer specifications.

2. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and analyze mechanical systems and components using computer-aided design (CAD) software

• Conduct stress and vibration analyses to ensure structural integrity

• Develop and implement manufacturing processes for mechanical products

• Test and troubleshoot mechanical systems to identify and resolve any issues

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and quality control

• Prepare technical documentation, such as design specifications and testing reports

3. Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in mechanical engineering principles and design methodologies

• Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD)

• Knowledge of Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and other simulation techniques

• Understanding of materials science, including properties, selection, and testing

4. Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field

• Professional Engineer (PE) license or eligibility preferred
