- Job Title: Mechanical Engineer

- Key Responsibilities:
- Support continuous process optimization and product quality improvement
- Ensure internal quality compliance on production floor and among Service Field Technicians
- Provide after-sales technical support for high-level access products
- Handle customer complaints and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)
- Implement APQP4Wind and submit to customers
- Generate Supplier NCRs and forward them to the Procurement team
- Experience Required:
- Minimum three years in mechanical/quality/manufacturing field
- Experience with hydraulics, motors, and controls preferred
- Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment preferred
- Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or equivalent
- ISO 9001:2015 experience desired
- Knowledge of production processes, quality control concepts, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and 8D reports
- Proficiency in MS Office Software
