Travel to a supplier or vendor may be required for equipment check-out before shipment. Work Schedule: Typical 40 hours per week.   • Own all phases of equipment design, build, vendor coordination, and debugging
  • Provide hands-on mechanical support for installation, start-up, and debug of manufacturing equipment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical, electrical, controls, facilities, IT, and operations
  • Independently develop engineering solutions to complex mechanical problems
  • Verify equipment builds and layouts against engineering drawings and specifications

Requirements:

  • BS in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics (mandatory)
  • Minimum of 10+ years of mechanical design experience
  • Strong background in precision engineering and machine design
  • Ability to support on-site installation and debugging at R&D and factory locations
