We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join a dynamic and collaborative engineering team focused on delivering innovative, high-quality mechanical solutions. In this role, you will lead projects from concept through production, ensuring designs meet performance, cost, and schedule requirements. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, project-driven environment and partnering cross-functionally to bring complex equipment to life.Key ResponsibilitiesLead mechanical design efforts from concept, design, and validation through production releaseCollaborate with engineering teams to ensure design consistency, quality, and adherence to best practicesSupport system-level design activities, including layout development and equipment integrationDesign and specify mechanical components such as gearboxes, bearings, motors, and structural elementsCreate detailed drawings for assemblies, weldments, installations, and modificationsRelease and manage engineering documentation through ERP systemsWork closely with fabrication and assembly teams to troubleshoot and resolve design issuesTravel to customer sites as needed to support project requirements and executionProvide technical support to customers via phone, email, and virtual meetingsDrive continuous improvement and contribute to new product and process innovationWhat Success Looks LikeProjects are delivered on time and within budgetDesigns are accurate, manufacturable, and meet quality standardsStrong collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, and project teamsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environmentActive contribution to a positive and solutions-focused team cultureQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field3+ years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in automation or manufacturingProficiency in 3D CAD (SolidWorks preferred) and 2D draftingExperience working with ERP systems is a plus
