We help industries clean air and water, reduce emissions, and convert CO₂ into valuable resources—improving energy efficiency, lowering operational costs, and enabling compliance with strict environmental regulations.What you’ll doSupport the design, development, and testing of mechanical systems for prototype setupsCreate and iterate designs using CAD toolsAssist with experiments, measurements, and performance improvements (efficiency, reliability)Collect, analyze, and document test data and findingsCollaborate closely with the R&D team on ongoing engineering projectsWhat we’re looking forBSc/MSc student in Mechanical Engineering (or a related field)Strong mechanical engineering fundamentals + proficiency in CADAnalytical, structured problem-solver with a hands-on mindsetClear communicator and team playerInterest in sustainability and industrial innovationProactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a prototype-driven environmentMust-havesThis must be a graduation / thesis internship (final internship before completing your degree)Dutch BSN number (required)Able to be on-site in Haarlem at least 3 days per week (hybrid work possible, but on-site presence is mandatory)What we offer€500/month internship allowance (full-time)A real R&D environment with prototypes, testing, and rapid iterationsCoaching, ownership, and the chance to build solutions with real sustainability impactApply
