ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Assist with designs or improve routine components and products with a solid understanding of design tools and methods. Optimize routine components and products with a solid understanding of analysis methods Support implementation from product concept to prototype to launch Assist in solving routine problems with a solid aptitude for problem solving skills Translate customer needs to product requirements. Analyze competitive products Test and analyze prototype products and review existing products and/or processes to promote productivity and make necessary recommendations Create reports and presentations for projects management supervisors and clients on a per need basis MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Current undergraduate or recent graduate Pursuing a degree in Engineering with an understanding of part design and manufacturing process for plastic parts Completed at least one year of college Proficient in Microsoft Office Excellent communication skills and eagerness to learn 3D modeling/ design experience preferred Why Apply?
