Role Description

This is a contract basis withthe potential to transistion into a full-time hybrid role for a Mechanical Estimator at Arnett Mechanical located in Rosharon, TX. The Mechanical Estimator will be responsible for estimating project costs, analyzing mechanical systems, preparing bids, and collaborating with project managers and engineers.

• Experience in the construction industry
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related
• Prepare and submit bid proposals for mechanical projects
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
• Utilize estimating software to prepare accurate cost estimates
• Communicate with suppliers and contractors to obtain pricing information
• Assist in contract negotiations and finalizing project scope
• Monitor and report on project progress and any deviations from the plan
• Provide support during project implementation to ensure estimated costs are adhered to
