Job Description:
We are looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with at least three (3) years of experience in maintenance and mechanical engineering within GMP-compliant aseptic fill/finish pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance tasks using CMMS/EAM systems (e.g., IBM Maximo, SAP PM/S4Hana, Oracle/JDE).
Lead or collaborate with Reliability Engineering on M&R initiatives.
Prioritize recommendations from assessments and create mitigation timelines.
Enhance equipment availability, selection, and uptime.
Manage contractors and ensure adherence to installation procedures and specifications.
Conduct Failure Modes & Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM).
Ensure accuracy and training in the use of site CMMS.
Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or relevant technical certification.
Proficiency in CMMS/EAM systems.
