The Opportunity We’re seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role will be responsible for managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. You’ll work closely with field leadership, estimating, and executive teams to drive project success and maintain strong client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Manage all phases of mechanical construction projects, including HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and forecasts Oversee subcontractor coordination, procurement, and contract administration Lead project meetings and serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders Identify and mitigate project risks, change orders, and cost impacts Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality expectations, and company procedures Collaborate with field teams to drive productivity and resolve jobsite challenges Support project closeout, including documentation, punch lists, and final financials What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in mechanical construction Strong background in HVAC, plumbing, and/or piping systems Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Experience with project financials, budgeting, and cost control Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office tools Compensation & Benefits Competitive base compensation Performance-based bonus potential Comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401k, etc.) Vehicle allowance or company vehicle Strong pipeline of work providing long-term stability Clear path for advancement within a growing organization #J-18808-Ljbffr
