Senior Project Manager / Project Executive (Mechanical Construction) I’m partnering with a highly respected, growth-oriented mechanical contractor delivering complex commercial and mission-critical projects across Texas. This firm is known for strong leadership, operational excellence, and a hands-on approach to managing self-perform mechanical work. They are seeking a Senior Project Manager / Project Executive–level leader to oversee large, high-risk mechanical projects and mentor project teams as the company continues to scale. This is a true subcontractor-side leadership role , ideal for someone who has lived in the field, understands installation challenges, and can lead teams through execution—not just manage spreadsheets. What You’ll Be Doing Provide executive-level oversight of complex mechanical projects (HVAC, plumbing, piping). Lead multiple PMs and project teams while driving project strategy, execution, and financial performance. Serve as a senior client-facing leader and escalation point for critical issues. Partner closely with operations leadership and field supervision to ensure constructability and quality. Own project financials, forecasting, risk management, and change strategy. Help build and refine internal processes as the organization grows. Must Haves 10+ years of experience with a mechanical subcontractor (HVAC/plumbing/piping). Proven success leading large-scale, mission-critical or healthcare projects. Strong background in self-perform work , not just subcontractor coordination. Ability to mentor PMs and influence across field and office teams. Experience managing projects in the $10M+ range preferred. What’s in It for You Executive-level compensation with bonus opportunity. Auto allowance. Strong leadership influence with real input on operations and growth. Long-term career runway with a stable, expanding contractor. #J-18808-Ljbffr
