Mechanical Project Manager

RealREPP, a national full-service recruiting firm, is partnering with a well-established mechanical subcontractor based in Tamarac, FL to assist in hiring an experienced Mechanical Project Manager. Prior experience as a Project Manager at a mechanical subcontractor is required. Experience on large-scale mechanical projects (hospitals preferred) is also required. If interested, please email . Key Responsibilities Create, plan, schedule & execute all projects as assigned Understand contracts, prepare estimates, change orders, etc. Coach & mentor employees Communicate effectively with customers Coordinate manpower with Field Ops team & subcontractors Ensure projects stay on schedule & within budget Assure compliance with procedures & rules set by leadership team Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Construction or Mechanical Engineering (preferred) 5+ years project management experience required Experience with mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, sheet metal Experience working on hospital projects Effective communication & leadership skills Experience leading multiple projects at one time Experience on projects $1M+ Ability to drive to job sites as required Compensation Package Salary $110-120k+ base (range based on experience) $750 / month classification allowance Medical, Dental, Vision 401k grant Life insurance PTO Paid holidays Job Type Full-time in office with some travel required (to local job sites) We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
