This role involves ensuring safe, reliable, and cost-effective maintenance and mechanical reliability, executing small capital projects, and supporting Operational Excellence.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement equipment reliability strategies.Manage the Mechanical Integrity Reliability Program.Use KPI reports and SAP logs to identify and address process issues.Implement preventative and predictive maintenance schedules.Apply FMEA and RCFA to enhance plant performance.Train craftsmen in best practices for machinery maintenance.Interface with equipment suppliers to improve reliability.Provide technical support for projects and maintenance troubleshooting.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.5+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in chemical processing.Team leadership and small project management skills.Experience with SAP PM, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and hands-on field machinery expertise preferred.Compensation:$128,000 to $150,000 per year annual salary.
