Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and automation systems
  • Support installation and commissioning of equipment
  • Maintain facility and utility systems
  • Follow safety procedures, including LOTO
  • Document work in the CMMS and maintain accurate records
  • Communicate equipment status to operators and leadership
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams
  • Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • Education requirement - High School Diploma
  • Years of experience - At least 2 years' experience
  • Type of background - engine and transmission development work translates very well in this position
  • Good with tools - hands on experience
  • Good at turning a wrench
  • Computer Skills - very important (Outlook, Excel, IBM tools, SharePoint, Slack/Teams)
