Here, you can do the work that matters.”Why this Role?- This role will further develop a candidate’s experience in data collection, management, analysis, research methods, and process development.- Client Precision Seals are used in almost every Client machine, providing networking opportunities with Drivetrain, Undercarriage and machine business divisions- Projects will expose engineers to many key Client processes, including New Product/Process Introduction (NPI), Continuous Product Improvement (CPI), New Technology Introduction (NTI), cost reduction, engineering design systems, and key data analytics solutions. - The Client Precision Seals design team is co-located with the validation team, enabling additional opportunities to learn about the design impact and influence on performance- The Client Mapleton facility is also located nearby, where many of the seals are manufactured.
