Job Description: Mechatronics & Robotics Tech

Location: Somerset, NJ

Pay: $25-30/hour based upon experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on buildings and facilities to ensure operational efficiency.
• Conduct inspections of equipment and systems to identify maintenance needs and issues.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and staff.
• Maintain and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards while performing maintenance work.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of special events and functions as required.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
• Collaborate with other team members to enhance operational effectiveness.

Essential Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capability to follow instructions and adhere to safety procedures.

Desired Experience:

• Previous experience in maintenance or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Hands-on experience with tools and maintenance equipment.
• Familiarity with building maintenance practices and standards.
