Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated, detail oriented, enthusiastic, compassionate and professional registered nurse to be a Med Spa Manager and oversee the daily clinical operations of our spa facility. The Spa Manager will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, and driving retail sales. Must be skilled in IV start, client education and leadership. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, confident a great listener and comfortable with sales. This position offers a package including base rate (range listed below), AND opportunity to earn commission and tips. This is a spa environment. Job candidates must be willing to pamper and cater to our members' and guests' needs to ensure their ultimate comfort.
Base pay is $37/hour weekly, $40/hour weekends plus tips and commission (typically $5-12/hour extra)

Duties:
- Managing a small clinical staff and day to day operations management
- Guest greeting and intake: warm welcome, intake discussion includes determining why the member or guest came into the spa, and their intended health goals
- Health consultations: review and assess medical charts for consistency and accuracy; customer charting
- Nutrient consultations and recommendations: education on our therapies and benefits
- Patient Care: expert in obtaining vascular access, vital Signs, monitoring, patient comfort during infusion, medical charting
- Services, packages and membership sales
- Stocking, cleaning, and spa maintenance
- Office administrative duties including answering phones, doing follow up calls, scheduling, checking customers out
- Community outreach and networking as opportunities present themselves
- Personal interest in the health and wellness industry
Essential Qualifications:
- Licensed registered nurse in the state of North Carolina
- Skilled expertise in IV starts
- Detail oriented
- Critical thinker
- 2+years of recent IV experience required
- 1+years customer service experience preferred
- Strong desire to see results in the health and wellness of our community
