Job Description:
iSoftTek Solutions Inc is seeking a talented Performance Tester to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and analyzing performance tests to ensure the scalability, reliability, and stability of our software applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify performance bottlenecks and provide recommendations for optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop performance test plans, scenarios, and scripts
- Execute performance tests and analyze test results
- Identify performance bottlenecks and provide recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with development teams to optimize application performance
- Monitor system performance and conduct performance tuning
- Create performance test reports and present findings to stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Performance Tester
- Strong understanding of performance testing concepts, methodologies, and best practices
- Experience with performance testing tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, or Gatling
- Proficient in scripting languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
- Knowledge of performance monitoring tools and techniques
- Experience with performance testing of web applications and APIs
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
