Medical Affairs Compliance Manager – EU Region Europe | Medical Affairs | Pharmaceutical IndustryWe’re supporting a global pharmaceutical organisation in the appointment of a Healthcare Compliance Manager to oversee EU operational healthcare and scientific compliance activities. This role will champion code compliance within Medical Affairs, ensuring all scientific engagement and materials align with EFPIA and local country regulations. You’ll act as the regional subject matter expert while partnering cross-functionally to maintain a strong culture of compliance.RequirementsAdvanced scientific or medical degree (MSc, MD, PharmD or equivalent)Minimum 4 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industryAt least 2 years’ experience in medical complianceStrong knowledge of EU and UK healthcare regulations and codesProven ability to manage cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication skills with the ability to influence at multiple levelsResponsibilitiesEnsure Medical Affairs SOPs and compliance processes remain current and effectiveLead medical review and approval of regional materialsDrive compliance with EFPIA and local country codesPartner with regional and country stakeholders to embed a culture of complianceOversee governance activities including committees and reportingSupport compliance relating to congresses, publications, grants and donationsCoordinate internal audits and training to maintain internal capabilityAbout Planet Pharma:Planet Pharma is an American parented Employment Business/Agency that provides global staffing services with its head-quarters in Chicago and our EMEA regional office located in Central London.
