Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Medical Assistant located in Beverly Hills, CA. The Medical Assistant will assist in client care, manager client charts, and administer Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy to clients along with other services,. Daily responsibilities include preparing chambers, assisting clients during therapies, organizing client schedules, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting client needs throughout their visits. The role will contribute to creating a positive and efficient experience for all patients.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in customer care and knowledge of health terminology
• Experience in managing office tasks and maintaining client records
• Strong skills in client care and creating a supportive environment
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with health records systems and scheduling systems
• Ability to adhere to confidentiality standards and provide compassionate care
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Experience and passion for the wellness industry preferred
