Role Description

This is a part-time (2 days a week), on-site role for a Medical Assistant / RECEPTIONIST located in Beverly Hills, CA. The Medical Assistant will be responsible for providing patient coordination, managing medical records, and assisting in medical procedures such as drawing blood, using centrifuge, assisting RN injectors. Additional responsibilities include supporting the medical team, maintaining the organization of the medical office & front desk, greeting and arranging patient in proper treatment room, charging clients for treatments received, providing them PDF of post care instructions, scheduling them for upcoming treatments and ensuring adherence to medical and safety protocols. The role requires the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff to provide a seamless and professional experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Medical Assisting and an understanding of medical terminology
• Experience in working within a professional medical office environment
• Strong skills in patient care and the ability to provide compassionate, supportive interactions
• Knowledge of maintaining and handling medical records with attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Certification in Medical Assisting is required
• Prior experience in an aesthetic or wellness practice is a plus
• Ability to schedule / reschedule clients with proper nurse / time frame and date
• Pleasant interactions / greeting clients when entering
