We are searching for an office MA to help carry out ancillary tasks in the office, including but not limited to:

• Prior Authorizations for medications - Experience preferred
• Assist in other areas if needed, such as Medical Records, Referrals, DME, etc.

This is a highly Patient Care/Customer Service focused position.

• Must be comfortable speaking with patient(s) and insurance companies on the phone.
• Must be able to multi-task
• Skill in the use of computers and related software applications
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
