Midwest Express Clinic is looking to hire a full‑time Medical Assistant to support our walk‑in clinics. Responsibilities Answer telephones – multiple phone lines Greet patients with a smile Efficiently navigate the EMR system Register patients Handle correspondence Schedule appointments Prior authorizations Prepare charts Process payments Draw blood Perform EKGs Prepare the exam room for the patient Administer medications as directed by the provider Collect and prepare laboratory specimens Triage patients – obtain vitals and medical history Learn new skills Clean the clinic after each shift Qualifications 1–2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant Schedule & Hours 12‑hour shifts, 8 AM–8 PM. Three shifts for one week, 3.5 shifts the following week, rotating weekends. Compensation Expected range of $20–$22 per hour. #J-18808-Ljbffr
