Align ENT & Allergy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our team. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care within our physician-led ENT and Allergy practice.

Responsibilities

  • Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals in delivering patient care, providing support to ensure efficient and smooth clinic flow.
  • Prepare patients for examinations by taking vital signs, documenting medical history, and assisting with procedures.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as managing patient records.
  • Assist with in office procedures.
  • Ensure proper sterilization and maintenance of medical equipment and instruments.
  • Provide patient education on treatment plans, medications, and self-care instructions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; completion of a Medical Assistant program is preferred.
  • Previous experience as a Medical Assistant in a medical practice or clinic setting is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and basic clinical procedures.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, physicians, team player and other healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a very fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient computer skills and experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
  • Demonstrated professionalism, empathy, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
