Calling all Medical Assistants with a passion for helping patients on their journey to parenthood! Sterling Health Solutions is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to support our amazing RNs and doctors in a private fertility clinic where hope and science come together.

What You'll Do:

• Be the right hand to the RN and physician team, ensuring smooth patient care.
• Prepare patients for procedures, handle vital signs, and assist during treatments.
• Maintain a sparkling clean and well-stocked exam room (because clutter is not a good look).
• Educate patients on medications, injection techniques, and post-procedure care.
• Coordinate patient schedules, answer questions, and provide much-needed emotional support.
• Handle medical records with precision and ensure compliance with HIPAA standards (because patient privacy is sacred).
• Occasionally share a warm smile or light humor to ease patient nerves.

Requirements:

• Medical Assistant Certification (CMA/RMA) from an accredited program.
• Prior experience in fertility, OB/GYN, or related specialties is a big plus!
• Strong multitasking abilities and organizational skills.
• Empathy and professionalism to connect with patients during sensitive moments.
• Proficiency in medical software and electronic health records (bonus if you're a tech whiz).
• Team player attitude with a willingness to go the extra mile.
