Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Medical Assistant to support a fast-paced Infusion/Oncology clinic. The ideal candidate will assist clinical staff in delivering safe, efficient, and compassionate care to patients receiving infusion and oncology treatments.

Key Responsibilities

• Support nursing and clinical teams in an infusion/oncology setting

• Prepare patients for infusion treatments and assist during procedures

• Perform vital signs, patient intake, and clinical documentation

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment

• Assist with scheduling, patient flow, and clinic operations as needed

• Document patient information accurately in the EMR system

Qualifications

• Active Medical Assistant license/certification (must be currently active)

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience as a Medical Assistant

• Prior experience in infusion and/or oncology clinics preferred

• Proficiency with EPIC EMR required

• Strong communication, organizational, and patient-care skills

Certifications & Requirements

• Current BLS/BCLS required

• ACLS, PALS, NRP, and ATT certifications preferred (as applicable)
