Pride Health is hiring an Dermatology Medical Assistant to support our client’s medical facility based in Issaquah, WA. This is a 13-week assignment with the possibility of a contract-to-hire opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Job Title: Dermatology Medical Assistant

Location: Issaquah, WA (with occasional float to First Hill, West Seattle, Bellevue)

W2 Pay (Local): $24/hr - $29/hr

Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (5x8), occasional weekends

Start date: 04/27/2026

Key Requirements:

Certification: MA-C (Required; MA-R/MA-P not accepted)

Experience:

Minimum 6 months outpatient clinic (required)

Dermatology experience preferred

Certifications: BLS

Charting: EPIC experience required

Core Responsibilities:

Take vital signs and patient history

Room patients and assist with exams

Assist with procedures:

Biopsies (punch, shave)

Suture removal

Sterile/aseptic setup

Wound care & dressing changes

Specimen collection & labeling

Handle office tasks (scheduling, authorizations, pharmacy calls)

Additional Details:

Float between clinic locations as needed

Must have reliable transportation

Up to 1 shift cancellation per pay period possible

Exposure to ~35 patients/day

Temp-to-perm opportunity (candidate should be open)

Submission Requirements:

Valid WA license

Certifications (non-expired)

2 supervisory references (last 3 years)

Proof of address (for local candidates)
