• Maintain a professional, patient-centered environment while fostering strong collaboration with physicians and staff

• Support non-clinical functions to ensure smooth patient access and workflow

• Schedule patient appointments, including follow-up visits, imaging, and lab work

• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program OR

• Minimum of one (1) year of medical back-office experience, preferably in an acute healthcare system

• Basic knowledge of medical terminology

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)

• Basic keyboarding and data entry skills

Required:

• High School Diploma or GED

• Graduate of a Medical Assistant program

Preferred:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field

Required:

• Basic Life Support (BLS)
