Job Summary:
This is an administrative Medical Assistant position focused on addressing patient needs through phone calls and MyChart messages using Epic. The role requires clear communication, thorough documentation, and previous experience with Epic in-basket management and call intake.

- Utilize Epic to address patient concerns and needs from incoming phone calls and MyChart messages.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with patients and coworkers.
- Document patient interactions in a clear, objective, and thorough manner.
- Perform in-basket management and call intake duties.

Required Skills & Certifications:
- MA-C certification
- BLS certification
- WA MA License in hand
- Previous experience with Epic
- Previous experience in healthcare
- Knowledge of healthcare terminology
