EMrecruits is currently recruiting a Medical Assistant for a Men's Health Clinic.  We strive to give men a world-class experience while overcoming low testosterone so they can reclaim their life.

Pay: $20/hr. + bonus potential, PTO

Hours: 40 hours/week. On-site at clinic: Mon, Tues, Thur, Fri: 8:30 - 5:30, Wed 11 - 7

Responsibilities

- Calling on leads; prequalifying calls to upcoming appointments; follow up calls with patients that don't covert

- Greeting patients

- Scheduling appointments

- Processing patient transactions

- Phlebotomy (blood draws) of patients

- Injections (Testosterone, Gonadorelin, B12 and other vitamins)

- Checking patient vitals and recording in EMR

- Ensuring all lab results are input into patient charts

- ED treatment (GAINSWave)

- Assisting medical providers with patient care

- Assisting in lab operations

- Maintaining accurate records in EMR and adhering to all HIPAA Protocols.

- Qualifications

Preferred: Experience with administrative and health services in TRT and men's health; or related fields, such as medspas, urology, family practice, hospitals, lab, endocrinology, gynecology. Engaging and welcoming personality, team player, strong attention to detail, familiarity with EMR and CRM systems, appointment booking experience and aptitude, all nice to have.
