We are seeking for a Pulmonary Medical Assistant-Certified (MA-C) for an Adult Outpatient Clinic in Seattle, WA. This is a backfill position supporting pulmonary providers, with occasional floating to Issaquah as needed. Local and non-local candidates accepted.
Responsibilities-
Room patients and obtain vital signs (height, weight, pulse oximetry)

Prepare patients for exams; document history, medications, and allergies

Administer medications, immunizations (IM), and TB tests

Assist with pulmonary procedures including nebulizer treatments

Perform specimen collection and proper labeling

Handle office duties: authorization forms, chart prep, pharmacy calls, refill requests

Conduct follow-up phone calls and support clinic workflow

Stock supplies and maintain exam rooms

Certification: MA-C ONLY (MA-R and MA-P will be rejected)

Experience: Minimum 6 months Adult Outpatient Clinic experience (1 year preferred)

Setting: Adult outpatient required; pulmonary experience preferred

Floating: Must be willing to float to Issaquah location as needed

Transportation: Reliable transportation required

Charting: Experience with any EMR required

RTO: Accepted, must be disclosed at submission

Accredited Medical Assistant program completion
-
At least 6 months Adult Outpatient Clinic experience (required)

Pulmonary clinic experience preferred

First-time travelers accepted

MA-C (Certified Medical Assistant) REQUIRED

BLS Required
