1. Efficient at blood draws, great bedside manners, good listening skills, Insurance verification and patient call backs for appointments as needed.
2.Certified medical assistant be willing to work as needed at the doctor’s hours.
3. Eclinicalworks experience needed

4. Bilingual - speak English and Spanish.

5. Ability to work effectively as a team member with physician and other staff.

6. Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations.

7. Ability to appropriately interact with patients, families, and staff and others.

8. Ability to flexibly respond to changing demands.

9. Ability to plan, organize, prioritize and direct the work of others.

10. Ability to communicate clearly.

11. The job holder must demonstrate current competencies applicable to the job position.
