I am seeking an individual with high-level skills able to do or learn how to manipulate C-arm fluoroscopy..able to start IV or willing to learn. Candidate must have good clinical sense understand the critical importance of sterile field..precise communication and willing to expand the medical vocabulary..that wants to be part of the NEW paradigm of medicine..treating the underlying roots as opposed to the testing symptom. This job is for a unique hardworking individual..critical thinker..that cares about the quality of their work..empathetic ..strong backbone..passionate..and an unrelenting learner..making a million-dollar practice means you WILL benefit..and share for your contributions.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee patients in a clinic
  • Monitor patient vitals; detect changes in symptoms, health, and/or pain
  • Set up for procedures with appropriate tools; maintain a full inventory of supplies
  • Assist doctors with procedures
  • Administer prescribed treatment
  • Communicate with medical personnel within the office in a professional manner that cultivates teamwork and efficiency
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
  • Communicate clearly and directly with patients; provide emotional support to patients and family members under stress
  • Fill out and update
  • Understanding of standard medical practices and procedures
  • Knowledge of first and CPR procedures
  • Ability to stay calm in stressful situations
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to problem solve and adapt

Medical Assistant Requirements and Qualifications

  • Associate degree in a medical field (preferred)
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) Preferred
  • 1+ years of experience working for a healthcare practice or hospital
  • Familiar with medical terminology
  • Inventory management experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
