Position Overview:

In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional service with professionalism and care. Your focus will be on ensuring customer satisfaction, fostering positive relationships, and upholding the highest standards of service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the initial point of contact for customer inquiries, delivering prompt and accurate assistance.
- Provide empathetic support, resolving issues while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.

Qualifications:
- Experience in customer-facing roles such as Hotel Front Desk or Receptionist is also welcome.
