Title: Medical Device Hardware Test Engineer Location: Portage, MI (Onsite) Type: Long-Term Contract Key Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field with hands-on hardware testing experience. • Strong experience with lab equipment including oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, power supplies, signal generators, DMMs, HIPOT testers, and electrical safety analyzers. • Strong understanding of analog/digital circuits, PCB assemblies, embedded hardware, debugging, and root-cause analysis. • Experience with medical device product safety testing, especially IEC/UL 60601-1 compliance testing and regulatory validation. Preferred: Experience with Python-based test automation, embedded communication protocols (I2C, SPI, UART, USB, Ethernet), EMC/EMI testing, and manufacturing validation support.
