Job Summary
Shift: 12 hour shift, 3-2-2-3 F shift
Days rotate: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday
Pay rate: 15.00 per hour
Shift differential: additional 1.50 per hour

This position supports the fabrication, assembly, testing, and packaging of medical devices in a regulated manufacturing environment. The role also includes operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting equipment while following established procedures and quality standards.

No drug screening required. Candidates may start while background results are pending, provided the background check is actively running in Sterling.

Key Responsibilities
Perform manufacturing, assembly, testing, and packaging of medical devices
Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production equipment
Conduct in process quality inspections according to specifications
Follow standard operating procedures and quality guidelines
Document work as required by quality and production standards
Rotate between tasks and responsibilities as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Support production goals and continuous workflow

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Zero to one year of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
Ability to read, write, and understand instructions and specifications in English
Ability to perform basic math calculations
Ability to use basic measurement tools, including microscopes
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to work flexible or extended hours as required
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Physical and PPE Requirements
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
Must be able to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
Steel toe or composite toe safety shoes required

Vision Requirement
Must pass a pre employment eye exam prior to start date
Vision requirement is 20 30 with or without corrective lenses and or successful completion of a color vision exam
Eye exams are available Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11 00 AM
