Job Title: Process Development Engineer

Location: Nashua, NH

Job Description:

Skilled Process Development Engineer to support the scale-up of manufacturing processes for complex electro-mechanical medical devices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the medical device industry, with expertise in process development, risk assessment, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for the production of electro-mechanical medical devices.
  • Conduct risk assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
  • Create and maintain work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality, and Manufacturing, to ensure seamless process scale-up.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Support validation and qualification activities (IQ, OQ, PQ) for new and existing processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues to maintain production reliability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Biomedical, or related field).
  • Medical device industry experience is required.
