We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Primary Care Medical Director to provide leadership and guidance in our organization's primary care clinics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of the primary care department, ensuring high-quality patient care, and implementing strategies to improve overall medical services.

Responsibilities:

- Provide leadership and strategic direction for the primary care department, including setting goals, developing policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

- Collaborate with other medical directors, physicians, and healthcare professionals to optimize patient care delivery and improve clinical outcomes.

- Supervise and mentor primary care physicians and other clinical staff to ensure high performance and professional development.

- Implement quality improvement initiatives and oversee clinical performance measures to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes.

- Participate in the recruitment, retention, and evaluation of primary care providers and staff.

- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and manage the primary care department's budget, resource allocation, and financial sustainability.

Qualifications:

- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.

- Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or relevant specialty.

- Current state medical license and eligibility for medical staff privileges at affiliated hospitals.

- Proven leadership experience in a primary care or similar clinical setting.

- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, quality standards, and value-based care initiatives.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

- Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care and promoting a positive work environment.
