Job Summary

  • Install and repair stair and vehicle lifts
  • Deliver medical equipment, oxygen tanks, and other home care equipment to nursing homes and patient residences
  • Install and service durable home medical equipment (power mobility, lifts, beds, etc.)
  • Assist clients with the familiarity of medical equipment
  • Maintain inventory of supplies to effectively and efficiently complete the daily jobs
  • Safely drive and maintain the company vehicle
  • Comply with company policy and procedure
  • Assist other technicians/warehouse members as needed

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must have a valid driver's license in good standings
  • Experience installing and repairing stair and vehicle lifts is strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with low voltages, switches, and controls is a plus
  • Effective interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills

Physical Requirements

The physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions in this job description:

    • The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and sit, as well as talk and hear.
    • The employee is required to use hands to operate vehicles and office equipment.
    • The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 80 pounds.
