What We Offer Location: Mint Hill Medical Center | Charlotte, NC Department: Clinical Laboratory Hours: PRN | Hours will vary | 2nd/3rd shifts & weekend coverage Ready to turn your lab skills into life-changing results? What You'll Do Process and prep lab specimens like a pro Perform phlebotomy with care and precision Keep things moving in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment Train, grow, and make an impact every single shift What We’re Looking For High School Diploma or GED, required. Phlebotomy Certification (ASCP, AMT, NHA, ASPT, etc.), required. One year of relevant phlebotomy and/or specimen processing/laboratory experience, preferred. Team player with top‑notch attention to detail, required. Knowledge of current medical terminology to perform full range of laboratory tasks and communicate with medical staff, required. Skill in anticipating and reacting calmly to emergency situations and developing and maintaining department quality assurance, required. Ability to follow written protocols, work independently, communicate clearly, and maintain effective working relationships, required. Certification must be obtained within 12 months of hire; failure to do so results in termination, required. MLA certification from ASCP, CMLA certification from AMT, preferred.
