If you are passionate about patient safety, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to life-saving procedures, this is an excellent opportunity to advance your career in medical laboratories.Required SkillsValid LA license in hand.Minimum of 2 years of laboratory experience.Epic electronic health record experience preferred.Ability to perform blood bank procedures, including irradiation, blood component splitting, and plasma reduction.Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Nice to Have SkillsASCP certification.Experience working in a blood bank or similar clinical laboratory setting.Flexibility to float within the department.Prior experience with blood product processing and handling.Preferred Education and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Laboratory Science, or related field.At least 2 years of applicable laboratory experience, preferably in a blood bank setting.Other RequirementsMust be available to work a night shift (19:00 07:30), 3 days per week, in a 7 on/7 off schedule.Shift-specific scrubs are not required, any color permitted.No call responsibilities required.Willingness to float within the department as needed.Travel or additional reimbursements provided when applicable.This position offers a highly competitive hourly pay rate of $56.16, along with comprehensive benefits including weekly pay via direct deposit, medical coverage, paid sick leave, referral bonuses, licensure and certification reimbursements, and more.
