Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Medical Laboratory Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting routine medical laboratory tests and experiments under the supervision of senior staff members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform blood sampling, specimen collection, processing, and phlebotomy.
• Utilize medical terminology in documentation and communication.
• Execute laboratory techniques and assays accurately.
• Assist in research laboratory activities and clinical trials.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, including CT scanners.
• Manage data using Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).

Requirements:

• Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field.
• Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
• Proficiency in specimen collection, processing, and analysis.
• Familiarity with laboratory procedures and protocols.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
• Experience in blood bank and hematology is mandatory.
• Special requirements include analyzer skills, microscopic UA, experience with body fluids, and C3 and C4 total complement analysis, as well as chemistry experience
