We are seeking a Medical Laboratory Technician to join our laboratory team. This position requires attention to detail, strong critical thinking skills, and the ability to perform a wide variety of laboratory tests in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will work well both independently and as part of a team, contributing to accurate and timely patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform laboratory tests in areas such as Hematology, Chemistry, Microbiology, Transfusion Services, and more.
• Follow established protocols to ensure accurate and reliable test results.
• Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, as well as manage inventory of supplies.
• Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals to ensure proper handling and interpretation of test results.
• Provide excellent service to patients and healthcare staff with professionalism and compassion.
• Document test results and ensure compliance with regulations and hospital standards.
• Participate in team discussions to improve patient care processes.
• Adhere to confidentiality guidelines and HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in acute care
• Certification: ASCP MLT or AMT
