Oversee billing, collections and revenue cycle management

Ensure regulatory compliance ( HIPAA, OSHA, CMS )

Recruit, train and evaluate staff

Collaborate with physicians and APRN's to enhance patient care and office efficiency

Manage budgets and track practice performance metrics

Lead office meetings and implement office policies

Requirements

3-5 years of medical office or clinical management experience

Clinical background ( LPN, RN, MA or equivalent )

Knowledge of EMR systems, billing and healthcare compliance

strong leadership, communication and organizational skills

Preferred - Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing or Business

7+years of progressive management experience

experience managing a single specialty or multi-provider practice
