We are seeking an experienced Medical Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Alhambra. You will manage a team of sales representatives, develop sales strategies, and drive the adoption of Curenta’s full-service digital healthcare offerings. This role focuses on expanding Curenta’s presence in the healthcare market through strategic leadership and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directly manage and lead a team of sales representatives, setting aggressive sales targets and actively tracking individual and team performance through hands-on coaching.
  • Execute targeted sales strategies by meeting potential clients in person, engaging in door-to-door prospecting to drive market expansion and client acquisition.
  • Personally visit healthcare providers to build relationships, close deals, and ensure they adopt Curenta’s healthcare services effectively.
  • Take full ownership of the sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing major deals on-site.
  • Use CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot daily to track activities, optimize strategies, and adjust sales efforts based on real-time data.
  • Collaborate closely with senior management to align sales tactics with company goals, and provide actionable insights on market trends and team performance.
  • Actively train, mentor, and shadow sales reps in the field, providing immediate feedback to improve their door-to-door sales techniques and close rates.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, with a minimum of 3 years in healthcare, medical, or clinic sales, demonstrating a strong understanding of the healthcare industry and its challenges.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and leading sales teams to achieve or exceed revenue targets, with experience in motivating teams in a high-pressure, results-driven environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare compliance regulations, including HIPAA, and the ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes while securing business deals.
  • Expertise in utilizing CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot for tracking sales performance, managing pipelines, and optimizing strategies based on data insights.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and build lasting partnerships within the healthcare sector.
  • Ability to strategize and adapt sales approaches based on changing market conditions, competition, and client needs.
  • Willingness to travel and meet with clients to support sales efforts and build on-the-ground relationships.
