Patient Care Administration1. Explains laboratory procedures to patients2. Checks specimens or samples as to their condition, acceptability, and appropriateness to the test3. Ensures safety and comfort of patients before and after collecting blood samplesB. Medical Efficiency1. Examines collected specimens or samples and identify any abnormalities2. Ensures accuracy of test resultsC. Regulatory Compliance1. Adheres to regulatory requirements mandated by DOHD. Administrative Efficiency1. Documents data of patients through charting2. Monitors inventory and ensures availability of related medical supplies3. Submits census report every month4. Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
