Our innovative in-home wound management program is designed to improve healing outcomes and reduce costs, all while providing personalized care to our patients. We are looking for a friendly and motivated Territory Manager to join our team and help us expand our reach in Nashville, by establishing referral partnerships with providers and positively impacting the health of wound care patients.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations in the Nashville area.
  • Educate healthcare professionals about Esperta Health's services and the benefits of in-home wound care
  • Generate and follow up on leads to increase patient referrals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategic growth plans
  • Attend conferences and networking events to promote Esperta Health and expand our network
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
  • Track and report on sales activities and outcomes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare patient referral business development or sales
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Nashville area
